At Safoi, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to the nature of our holiday and home decor products, personalised or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
